Transaction Policy

This page explains how we handle payment for orders at Sienna & Blake Charleston: how the transaction is taken, how it is protected, and which methods you can use at checkout.

How payment is taken

Payment is taken at checkout, when you place your order. The transaction is handled by a certified payment provider, which processes the charge on our behalf. Your payment details are passed straight to that provider rather than being keyed in or held by us.

How your payment is secured

Every transaction is encrypted over SSL. That means the information you enter at checkout is scrambled while it travels between your browser and the payment provider, so it cannot be read along the way. The provider we use is certified to handle card payments.

Accepted payment methods

You can pay with any of the following:

  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Maestro
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

We do not store card details

No card details are ever stored on our own servers. We do not keep your card number, expiry date or security code after a purchase, and we cannot see the full number at any point. If you buy from us again, you enter your details again or use a wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Currency and pricing

The price you see at checkout is the amount charged to your chosen payment method. Shipping is free on every order delivered within our home market, with no minimum order value.

Refunds

When a refund is due, it goes back to the original payment method. Refunds are processed once the returned item reaches us and passes a quality check. Allow up to 10 business days for the money to appear, and we will email you when it has been sent.
