You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return an item. It needs to be unworn and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging still attached, as signs of wear or damage mean we can't accept it. You pay the return shipping, unless the item arrived defective, damaged or was the wrong item, in which case we arrange and pay for it. Once your return reaches us and passes a quality check, we refund the original payment method within up to 10 business days and email you to confirm.

We take 1 to 3 business days to get your order packed and out of the fulfilment centre, then transit usually takes 5 to 8 business days. That works out at roughly 6 to 11 business days from the date you order. These are estimates, so busy periods and the carrier's own schedule can shift things slightly.

Yes, shipping is free everywhere in the United States and there is no minimum spend. You don't need a code, the free shipping is applied at checkout. It's the same whether you're buying one shirt or a full winter wardrobe.

When your order leaves our fulfilment centre we email you the tracking details. You can also follow the parcel's progress on our Track Your Order page at any time. If the email hasn't arrived, please check your spam folder before getting in touch with us.
